To cancel your trip, call 943-1829. Voicemail with a time and date stamp is available at this number to record your message.
Please call as soon as you know you will not be traveling to cancel your trip. You must call AT LEAST one hour prior to your scheduled ride time in order to not be considered a “NO SHOW”. Two “NO SHOWs” in one month can be grounds for suspension of your LINK service for up to one month. If you have a subscription trip, service suspension will result in losing your subscription trip for at lease six months! Cancelling at the door if your pick up is late will be counted as a “NO SHOW”.
Calling to cancel your trip allows LINK to make room for another rider, so BE COURTEOUS - cancel rather than being a “NO SHOW”.
